You can define the order in which you would like the Sales Process Funnel custom filters to display.
1. At the SAM Admin Tool Main Menu, click Reference Data Maintenance. The Reference Data Maintenance page is displayed.
2. Select the Funnel or ScoreCard Reference Data menu option.
3. AnchorClick Sales Process Funnel™ Selection Sorting and Defaults menu option, as shown in the following illustration.

The following fields are available within this screen:
Sales Process Funnel Selection & Sorting & Defaults Fields
Selection types available for use in Sales Funnel Sorting.
The order in which you would like the items on this screen displayed in the filter views.
The default value for each option (if available).
Options are Green, Red, or All.
Opportunities are depicted on the screen as either Green or Red bubbles, depending on the stage thresholds set for the Sales Process Funnel.
Days in Stage
The number of elapsed days the opportunity has been in the current stage.
The revenue amount on the opportunity record.
The account that the opportunity is associated to.
Blue Sheet Exists
Flag indicating a Blue Sheet has been created for the opportunity.
Blue Sheet Last Updated
The date the Blue Sheet was last edited and saved.
Opportunity Last Updated
The date the opportunity was last edited and saved.
Funnel ScoreCard® Value
The total of all the Funnel ScoreCard® criteria.
