Platinum Sheet Mapping

The Platinum Sheet Account Mapping page lets you map the fields from the Platinum Sheet to the appropriate fields in your CRM system. The following figure displays an example of the Platinum Sheet:

To Access the Platinum Sheet Mapping Page:
1. At the SAM Admin Tool Main Menu, click Field Mapping. The Field Mapping page is displayed.
2. Click Platinum Sheet Mapping. The Platinum Sheet Mapping page appears.

The following table provides information on the fields available for mapping on this page.

(Optional) Can map to a custom field in the CRM that contains values for different Platinum Sheet iterations.

Sheet Created Date

Date

The Date on which the Platinum Sheet was created.

Channel Partner

Text

Read in

Maps to the Account ID field of the account associated with the Platinum Sheet.

SSP Stage

Text

Maps to a Picklist field containing Sales and Support Programs Stage options. This field resides in the Opportunity table and is imported from the CRM system.

Associated Platinum Sheet

Checkbox

Write out

Maps to a field that indicates whether or not an account has a Platinum Sheet associated with it. This field changes from unchecked to checked when the Platinum Sheet is saved for the first time. This field does not appear in the Platinum Sheet applet but can be used for tracking purposes.

Platinum Sheet Updated

Date/Time

Write out

Maps to a field that displays the date on which the Platinum Sheet information was last saved by the CRM user. This field does not appear in the Platinum Sheet applet but can be used for tracking purposes.

Channel Partnership Statement

Maps to a field that displays notes about the opportunity written by the CRM user. Additional Notes are displayed by clicking the shortcut icon in the Platinum Sheet applet.

Maps to a field that indicates whether or not the Platinum Sheet has Additional Notes associated with it. This field changes from unchecked to checked when the notes are saved for the first time. This field does not appear in the Platinum Sheet applet but is used for tracking purposes.

Last Save Date

Maps to a field that displays the date on which the Platinum Sheet information was last saved using the Autosave feature. This field does not appear in the Platinum Sheet applet but can be used for tracking purposes. See SDK Setup for information on Autosave options.

Last Save User

Maps to a field that displays the user name of the CRM user who last saved the Platinum Sheet information. This field does not appear in the Platinum Sheet applet but can be used for tracking purposes.
