About the Contact Boxes

Color Key

        

Each Buying Influence Role is represented by a colored border around the box. The color key is as follows:

  • Economic = Black
  • User = Blue
  • Technical = Yellow
  • Coach = Green

In the above example, the contact has two roles (User and Technical), so it is outlined with two borders. A contact box could potentially have four borders.

Field Key

Location

Displays the location identified for the contact in CRM (if you administrator has set the mapping) or displays the location the contact has identified in LinkedIn, depending on whether you imported LinkedIn information.

Industry

Displays the Industry identified for the Account record or displays the Industry the contact has identified in LinkedIn, depending on whether you imported LinkedIn information.

Degree of Influence

H (High), M (Medium), L (Low

Role(s)

C (Coach), E (Economic Buying Influence), T (Technical Buying Influence), U (User Buying Influence)

Mode

EK (Even Keel), G (Growth), OC (Over Confident),  T (Trouble)
